Montreal Arena in Westmount, Quebec, was the NHL home of the Montreal Canadiens from 1917 to 1918 and the Montreal Wanderers from 1917 to 1918. It opened on December 31, 1898.

Montreal Arena today
Destroyed by a fire that started in the ice-making plant on January 2, 1918, early in the NHL’s first season. A condominium building stands on the site.
